5/76 - 6/81:  Owned & Operated farms in Tennessee and Florida in addition to a western wear store in Tennessee

a.  Developed, owned and operated a 70 unit trailer park.

b.  Project: 150 units of housing at Ft. Benning, Columbus, Georgia.
c.  Duties: In charge of all office functions.  Coordinated subcontractors schedules,
     payments, and continuity with plans.  In charge of all field layout.

5/62 - 5/65:  Vice President, Black Construction Company, Inc., Ponchatoula, Louisiana - General contractors building single family homes, duplexes, and churches.

11/62 - 5/65:  Cost Engineer, E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Company, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware
a.  Projects: All industrial plants: LaPlace, Louisiana; Houston, Texas; Parkersburg, West
     Virginia.
b.  Duties:  Worked with methods, cost reductions, suggestion, productionizing and other
     cost effective methods.  Primarily involved in the analysis of the amount and value of
     actual work produced by craftsmen, methods of improving productivity and coordinating
     methods and results between management, supervision and labor.
