of load-bearing block walls, interior had structural steel columns and steel joists.
Contract included 370,000 SF asphalt parking lot, lawn sprinklers and an interior
fire-control system.

The project consisted of four 3-story buildings and two administrative buildings totaling
160,000 SF. The exterior was load-bearing block walls with a structural steel frame and
exterior walkways on each floor, interior consisted of steel joists and metal decks with
lightweight concrete. Included site utilities, a dual temperature piping system tied
into existing plant, and a 100,00 SF asphalt parking lot.
