4. We normally perform 15-30% of the work with our own forces. We normally perform
the concrete work, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, set hollow metal doors and frames,
install finish hardware, set millwork, set toilet partitions and accessories and hang
drywall. We subcontract the plumbing, mechanical work, painting, site work, electrical,
masonry, insulation, and welding work as required.

5. McDorman Construction, Inc. will rent or purchase any equipment required for our
projects.
