4.  We normally perform 15-30% of the work with our own forces. We normally perform the concrete work, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, set hollow metal doors and frames, install finish hardware, set millwork, set toilet partitions and accessories and hang drywall. We subcontract the plumbing, mechanical work, painting, site work, electrical, masonry, insulation, and welding work as required.

 

5.  McDorman Construction, Inc. will rent or purchase any equipment required for our projects.

 

6.  We have never failed to complete any work awarded to us.

 

7.  No officer of our company has been affiliated with any company that failed to complete a construction contract.

Cost - $4,000,000 – Three of these started in state, only ours was completed in time for school

B. Eddie Smith Student Service Center – Decatur, Mississippi
Structural steel, brick, stucco, metal roof, carpet

Owner – East Central Community College

Cost - $3,500,000 – State inspector said this was the only job of this size completed on time

C. Cross Creek Townhomes – 12 Unit Town home Project – Niceville, Florida
Wood frame, brick, shingle roof, drywall, colonial trim, cabinetry with marble tops, Sears appliances, marble tubs and showers, carpet

Cost - $2,800,000 – Completed as required

Architect – Lloyd Libby – Niceville, Florida


D. Courtyard Plaza – Two story office building with courtyard – Niceville (Bluewater), Florida
Structural steel, brick, stucco trim, material roof, metal roof facade and porch, finish out for: Two dentists (3 units), Three medical doctors, Countrywide Mortgage, One Chiropractor, General Dynamics (3 units), Construction Company (2 units), Sleep Center, Dermatologist, Baywalk Real Estate

Cost - $4,500,000 – Completed as Required

E. Palacio Grande – 160 apartments in six four story buildings plus community center and administration building and pool for employees – Santa Rosa Beach, Florida
